Because all of my items are custom-made and personalized, I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been started. Please make sure all names, sizes, colors, and design details are
correct at the time of ordering.

 

Mistake on my end

If I make an error on your order (wrong name, wrong design, wrong size, etc.), I will
happily remake the item at no cost to you. The incorrect item must be returned in order to receive the corrected one. No refunds will be issued for custom items.
